But they have important differences in meaning.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u7de8\u8005\u8a3b\uff1aLook\uff0c\u6709\u6ce8\u8996\u4e4b\u610f\uff0c\u96c6\u4e2d\u6ce8\u610f\u3001\u671d\u5411\u7279\u5b9a\u76ee\u6a19\u5730\u770b\u3002 See\uff0c\u6307\u770b\u898b\uff0c\u6709\u610f\u6216\u7121\u610f\u5730\u770b\u5230\u3002 Watch\uff0c\u6307\u96c6\u4e2d\u5730\u53bb\u770b\uff0c\u4e14\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6301\u7e8c\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5e36\u6709\u89c0\u5bdf\u3001\u6b23\u8cde\u4e4b\u610f\u5473\u3002<\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>look (at)<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>When we\u00a0<strong><em>look<\/em><\/strong>, we\u00a0<strong>try<\/strong><em>\u00a0to see<\/em>. We make a special effort. We concentrate our eyes on something.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Look<\/strong>! It&#8217;s snowing!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Look at<\/strong>\u00a0this photo! Isn&#8217;t it beautiful?<\/li>\n<li>I&#8217;m\u00a0<strong>looking<\/strong>\u00a0but I don&#8217;t see it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When we use\u00a0<em>look<\/em>\u00a0with an object, we say\u00a0<em>look<\/em>\u00a0+\u00a0<em>at<\/em>\u00a0+\u00a0<em>object<\/em>, for example:<br \/>\nJohn\u00a0<strong>looked at<\/strong>\u00a0Mary.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>see<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We use\u00a0<strong><em>see<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0to mean simply that an image comes into our eyes. It may not be deliberate. As soon as we open our eyes, we\u00a0<em>see<\/em>\u00a0things.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I can\u00a0<strong>see<\/strong>\u00a0a cloud in the sky.<\/li>\n<li>I suddenly\u00a0<strong>saw<\/strong>\u00a0a bird fly in front of me.<\/li>\n<li>Didn&#8217;t you\u00a0<strong>see<\/strong>\u00a0Ram? He was waving at you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><em>watch<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With the verb\u00a0<strong><em>watch<\/em><\/strong>, we are much more active.\u00a0<em>Watch<\/em>\u00a0is like\u00a0<em>look<\/em>, but requires more effort from us. We\u00a0<em>watch<\/em>\u00a0things that are going to move or change in some way. And we\u00a0<em>watch<\/em>\u00a0the movements and changes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The police decided to\u00a0<strong>watch<\/strong>\u00a0the suspected murderer rather than arrest him immediately.
